Jezaree “Jezy” McNutt

Founder & Clinical Director | Advanced Stretch & Massage Specialist

Specializing In:

  • Identifying and correcting underlying causes of persistent pain, stiffness, and limited mobility
  • Interpreting how movement patterns, stress, and compensation contribute to recurring issues
  • Performance optimization for athletes and active individuals seeking durability, resilience, and longevity

Jezaree is the owner and Clinical Director of Southwest Stretch & Massage, bringing over 19 years of clinical experience and 15 years of teaching experience to her work. She is known for a thoughtful, highly intentional approach that integrates massage and assisted stretching to produce meaningful, lasting change in how clients move and feel.

Her work is grounded in the understanding that pain, tension, and limited mobility rarely exist in isolation. Rather than chasing symptoms, Jezy focuses on identifying patterns; how posture, movement patterns, stress, and nervous system response contribute to discomfort and reduced performance over time.

Since completing her massage training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA), Jezy has pursued extensive continuing education with respected leaders in the profession, including Tom Myers (Anatomy Trains), Erik Dalton, John Barnes, and Fascial Stretch Therapy, along with training in cupping, scraping (gua sha), and multiple stretch therapy disciplines. She is also a certified Yoga Therapist, allowing her to incorporate breathing techniques and bridge the body-mind connection beyond the table. Her 15-year tenure as an instructor at SWIHA reflects both depth of knowledge and commitment to helping others better understand the body and its capacity for change.

Jezy’s approach is therapeutic at its core. Her first objective is always to help clients move out of pain. From there, she works toward injury prevention and long-term progress; improving mobility, increasing power output, and helping clients feel more capable and energized in their daily lives. She pays close attention to breathing patterns, nervous system response, adjusting to individual tension levels, and working to increase joint range of motion. She believes helping clients recognize their own holding patterns is just as important as the hands-on work itself.

On her table, expect to be worked. Sessions are thorough, precise, and highly intentional. Jezy doesn’t subscribe to “no pain, no gain,” but she has earned a reputation for making it hurt so good – finding that productive edge that creates real results without overwhelming the nervous system. Clients often leave feeling more mobile, more comfortable, and more connected to how their body moves.

Jezy is a problem solver who thrives working with clients invested in understanding their bodies and committed to progress, not just temporary relief. She works with a wide range of clients, including active individuals, high-performing professionals, and elite athletes seeking a collaborative, results-oriented approach to care.

Due to demand, Jezy books out in advance, but she takes pride in leading a talented team equipped to support your goals between sessions and beyond. She continues to pursue advanced training while mentoring her team, ensuring a consistently high standard of care across Southwest Stretch & Massage. Ongoing education, curiosity, and refinement of craft remain central to both her personal work and the evolution of the practice.

Outside the treatment room, she’s on the trails, at a campsite, dancing, traveling, or exploring new ideas that continue to shape her work.

Present.  Thorough.  Patient.  Guiding.

Jezaree is a leader in her field, helping clients move better, hurt less, and better understand their body for lasting change – not just for today, but for the long game.
